Event Description:
This 10 session course and coaching program gives participants the opportunity to learn key leadership skills from the Honorable Kay Barnes, former Kansas City, Missouri Mayor and Distinguished Professor for Public Leadership & Founding Director at the Center for Leadership at Park University. This series covers a variety of leadership topics including change management, dealing with conflict and inherent contradictions in organizations, time and stress management and effective communication through technology.
