Event Description:
SPECIAL EVENT. TICKETS ARE LIMITED. Day of event you must message to see availability. Event end time is approximate.

Join Melodee & Tiffane for a warm up yoga before we hit the trails. Along the way we will collect items* to make a mandala, listen to the beautiful flow of the streams and have guided meditation while hiking. If you have never experienced walking meditation be ready to be emotionally moved. We will arrive at the Girl Scout Shelter and have a Fire Ceremony while we create a Mandala and meditate! Please bring and snack to enjoy while we are stopped. Feel free to use the Fire to cook with. Plan to get your feet wet as we enjoy a stream or two...,. we will see what the magic/spirit brings us.

After our ceremony will continue with the hike. We will pause at places along the trails to take in moments on our way to the waterfall and this is where we end our event as a group. You will be given easy directions to the parking lot if you choose to exit or stay on your own. This is where even more bonds are formed and the past few weeks the waterfall has been spectacular. The sounds are majestic throughout.

Nature is a powerful healer. Parkville Nature Sanctuary is a great place. If you have never been here you are in for a beautiful experience.

The purpose of this adventure is to cultivate a connection with nature, opening up to the possibilities of healing within its beautiful landscape. The hike, yoga, mandala, fire and meditation and streaming water portions will help facilitate this process. Join us in healing, connection and adventure!

We will meet at the picnic table area/grass area visible from the parking lot. Upper lot parking is available if it is not during the business hours of Platte County Health Department.
Beginners are welcome but must be able to handle walking on a trail with uneven spots. The trail is fully capable for a beginner.

Children who are able to practice yoga, meditate and/or remain quiet during the meditation and hike are welcome to attend. If you plan to bring a child please private message us to see if we can accommodate to further discuss. Pets are not allowed per Park Rules.

Complete experience tickets are $25 through July 10, $32 thereafter.

Bring a yoga mat, water, snack and whatever else you feel you need for this event and please check the weather for appropriate clothing. Sneakers are okay unless there has been a recent hard rain. We do plan to get our feet wet. The hike is approximately 2.4 miles. There are early out options available but if taken, it is before the fire and mandala. Please note, we have never had anyone have to take a early out due to difficulty.
