This half-day event presented by the Kansas Small Business Development Center is designed to help anyone considering buying or selling a business learn how to make smart decisions. If you're looking to purchase or sell a business, or if you're an accountant, attorney, business broker, financial planner, CEO or CFO, this event is for you. Choose the sellers track to learn how to prepare your business for sale and how to get the most out of it (business valuation). Pick the buyers track to learn about the purchase process, including finding a business and performing due diligence, financing and negotiating the terms of purchase.
