This Month at MasterMinds: How to introduce coaching to organizations and sell them on its benefits to their workforce
ThriveOn Concepts is a leadership training and coaching company focused on reducing the turnover of your high performing employees. ThriveOn Concepts was founded by three certified leadership coaches who wanted organizations to grow and thrive with coaching used as a tool to engage and invest in their talent. The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as ‘partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential’. Coaching helps leaders achieve positive, lasting change in behavior. Coaches approach the client believing they are naturally creative, resourceful and whole and the coaches role is to create the space and clear the path.
