Did you know that of people 18-34 years of age, 20% of them identify as LGBTQ and 12% identify as gender-nonconforming? That’s twice the number reported by Gen Xers. Now more than ever companies need to prioritize a commitment to creating an inclusive environment where all levels of gender expression and identity are honored and respected.
But how?
At this month’s MasterMinds, Executive Coach and consultant Jay Pryor will share strategies and exercises designed to educate and inform about transgender and gender non-conforming people in the workplace. During the session Jay will also share their expertise in building business culture and their personal journey as a gender nonconforming person.
About Jay: For 27 years Jay Pryor has been speaking and educating on LGBTQ+ awareness. As an executive coach and trainer for 15 years, they have helped create positive learning cultures while helping individuals access their most authentic power.
